Permission for Song Use

We are currently in the process of emailing Sony BMG Music Entertainment, we are doing this so we can avoid any copyright infringement by using the song by the Fray (How to save a life). After looking for several minutes for an email we noticed the email link was not working and that we could not find the contact email address for the Fray's record company. We are only doing this as a precaution as we don't intend to create any foul play or bad press towards the band.

We found what seems to be a trustworthy source for their email address, below we have screen- shotted  the message to sony.
